Lansingburgh has offered me multiple opportunities while learning in a diverse community. The faculty and staff are committed to the success of every students, especially to those that may not have the support at home. Whenever I felt challenged or as if I was struggling with a lesson plan or topic, the teachers at Lansingburgh have always been attentive. They often stay afterschool for extra help and encourage parent involvement in the learning process as well. Lansingburgh also offers many extracurricular activities, such as sports teams, music and various clubs. Staff will often encourage students to participate, so they meet new people, find that school can be more than just "in the class room" learning.

I went to Lansingburgh kindergarten through 12th. I found that the teacher's really care about the children's academic success. I have never came across a teacher whose heart wasn't in teaching. The guidance staff were amazing and truly helped me all through middle and high school. I feel that the school board officials and superintendent are a little disconnected from the families, that they see the student body as numbers rather than individuals.
I find that Lansingburgh has a very good special education program, they really go above and beyond to help children with disabilities.

I trust this school so much that my own children attend Lansingburgh school district.
Most of the teachers are very helpful. Most of the time students get along but there have been numerous fights that have broken out in classes or in the halls. It’s easy to find your way around. I wish the art and music programs would get higher funding, many sports teams get new uniforms every couple of years but art and music departments have to fundraise in order to be fully functional.
