Lamar Consolidated Independent School District Reviews
I have been a student of the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District ever since I was in kindergarten. Now as I move into my Senior year, I have to say that I am very thankful for being given such a great education all these years. Everyone that I have experienced within the district has wanted me to succeed and given the resources to do so. Not only does the district excel academically, but the athletic programs are also a great experience as I have learned discipline, hard work, teamwork, dedication, and more form my coaches and teammates. Additionally, the students are all very welcoming. When a new student enters the school, I have always seen them fit in well with many different friend groups. Because of this, the overall ambiance of the school that I have experienced has been overwhelmingly positive.
I have attended Lamar Consolidated High School all four years of my secondary school career. I couldn’t feel more at home than I do at my high school. The general sentiment is majorly friendly and inclusive. Due to our diverse school body, everyone is accepted and welcome. The teachers and staff are so supportive, incredible at teaching, and have so much knowledge to give. Although I love my high school, I do see room for improvement. It would be nice to see more direct involvement between students and the administration. Additionally, I see a benefit to an increase in school spirit, such as free pep rallies. All in all, my experience at Lamar Consolidated was one for the books!
I like about Lamar is that the district helps students succeed in everything they do and try to help students. Lamar is a very good school district academic wise ,their students succeed very well . What I’ll like to see change in the district is more participation within students , and the community by community service and helping the community. Saying as seeing elder in nursing homes, helping people in low income communities. Also helping low income students that are attending LamarCisd district .
