La Monte R-IV School District Reviews
I enjoy the small feel of the school as it does not feel overwhelming with a large amount of people and places. The teachers are very friendly and are always there to help if you need it. The administration are always looking out for us and helping us in any way they can. The only problem I have with the school at times is the lack of resources, possibly due to funding. Overall, my experiences at La Monte have been very positive and if you were looking to attend a smaller school La Monte is where to go. I will look back on my time at La Monte with nothing but a positive light.
La Monte R-IV school district is a very small school which is great because all the students are familiar with one another and friendliness is very high. However the education is more oriented towards the less advanced students and lessons are always held at their pace which forces the advanced students to wait on them and lesson the time they could be learning something new. La Monte high school also doesn’t allow students the opportunity to work ahead in their studies or move up to a higher level when something becomes easier. The teachers however work very hard, it is the administration that worried about letting the students pursue their ideas fully.
I liked how small the school was but the administration needs to take better care of their students.
