I love the Kyrene school district! They do absolutely all they can do for the kids they have, and I loved almost all of my teachers when I was attending classes in this district. However, there is a shortage of teachers and a lot of students who are advanced don't get the attention they deserve.

My younger brother attended school in the Kyrene Elementary School District. I am 10 years older than him so I've been very protective of him and his education. I worked at an after school program so I got to see what the students had for homework. The subjects varied and covered a lot of material that was definitely age appropriate and enriching. The schools were very safe and secure, with very strict pick up and drop off rules. Visitors had to leave their photo ID at the front office and had to be approved to enter the building. The play areas were well supervised, shaded, and gated. Families got to participate in field day and holiday related activities at the school. The teachers were very kind and attentive to the students. They really encouraged reading there. They had a great lunch program with a variety of options. Very clean cafeteria and industrial kitchen.
I went here and the teachers and staff are way to overwhelming and rude to the students here and no one has hands on learning you just sit there the whole day
