My experience with the King County School District is that a lot of the staff and community are welcoming and kind. I feel in class the teachers give effort in order to teach us a lot to students and give us the hope and education to one day in the future be successful with it. Also the teachers pay attention to things in the classroom such as students off task and also small things happening. There was one time in one of my classes where I was being teased by students in class and the teacher had noticed it, the next time I had that class she had removed the students from that class to another one and gave them a talk. After that the students never bothered me and I had an overall good experience at school. Another experience I had was when I was struggling with an AP class, I had made it clear to my AP teacher and she did a lot to help me with everything and raise my grade as much as possible. At the end of the semester she was able to help me pass the class.
My experience at King George County High School has been great, teachers and staff are kind and teach well. There was never any bad experiences in this school. I think the best experience I had was in the Nurse Aid class to get my CNA license I loved the class and the teacher was the best. I would like to see change in the school food and how strict sick guidelines are.
I attend The Commonwealth's Governor's School at King George High School, which has allowed me to take many advanced classes at our school. The school also partners with our local community college. Taking classes with my community college has allowed me to receive an associate's degree in Art and Science before graduating high school.
