King Geo County Public Schools Reviews
Its a great school with great people! We are all a family here and you will fit right in! The high school itself was built not too long ago and so the building itself is in decent shape. Lacking the tech that other schools might have but we are slowly improving. The clubs and organizations are fantastic, being a band and theater student have been the best time of my life here in King George. It is also worth mentioning that King George High school is a blue ribbon school, and has earned superiors in its chorus assessments, marching band assessments, concert band assessments, and theatrical assessments. If you decide to come here, you will not regret it!
I attend King George County Schools and have had an incredible experience. I was fortunate to have teachers who invested in me and wanted to see me win. The extracurricular activities were amazing in that there was something for every interest. King George County Schools are comfortable and like family. I have truly enjoyed my academic career.
Honestly one of the best school districts in VA. I had moved from Huntsville, AL and the school district there was supposed to be one of the best in the state, it wasn't, so i moved back over to VA and my dad was living in King George for the time being. When i first saw King George Middle School (KGMS) i wasn't expecting much. I was blown away. The culture of the school feels like family amongst the teachers and staff there and i always noticed how the teachers were some of the most resourceful people I've ever seen. There is much more to that but this could go on for hours on how i loved their school and if you are considering moving into the school district. stop considering. become a part of their school district.
