Ketchum has potential. First keep good teachers, dont let Ketchum Alumni run outsiders off. Recruit in specific fields of math and english (specially for AP level). Send complacent staff down the road. Get parents involved and if that is to much work then you could be the problem.
I liked how small the school was. It was like we were all a family. I enjoyed my 14 years here and I am so sad my experience will be over in 5 months.
Most of the teachers actually care about the students and want to see them succeed. There are those few teachers that could care less. That is the only problem. The current geometry teacher is the best they have ever had! Mrs. Jackson rocks!!! She takes time to help the students who needs help. She never makes them feel like a burden. She never makes anyone feel down. She will do whatever it takes to help the students succeed.
