Kenai Peninsula Borough School District Reviews
For the most part I had extremely well rounded teachers that went out of their way to help their students succeed. However, there were some teachers there that acted as if being there was the worst part of their day. I personally have been called a nigger multiple time just within the past four years and nobody seemed to really care. Overall, I would only recommend going to this school district if you are white and conservative or else you will be bullied almost every single day.
The KPBSD has incredible teachers! Every single one here is devoted to helping us students succeed, thrive, and improve in everything. They love us and are truly the very definition of an excellent teacher!
In my opinion, there is a lot of misuse of money. The teachers there are wonderful and have been without a contract for many years. It is insulting that they expect teacher to continue working without a contract. It is also very sports oriented which detracts from the academics.
