Kemp Independent School District Reviews
I only like a very small portion of my teachers and I wish that the education was better including more options. I also wish the students were reprimanded more for breaking rules because at this moment they do whatever they want by roaming halls and sitting in the bathrooms. The student also have no respect for teachers and faculty which makes things more difficult with trying to learn in the classroom. The bathrooms are disgusting as well since students do whatever they want in their, including vaping, and the bathrooms barely ever get cleaned, a couple of toilets do not work, holes in the wall, and graffiti. The only good thing I can say is the support with extracurricular activities by the school since we get decent funding and the band and theatre director are very passionate and talented in their respective practices.

This is a small-town school with a tight-knit community that cares about its kids. It is small enough that you see many familiar faces but not so small that everyone knows everyone. The school board is responsive to the community, and with the exception of one principal, the administration is top-notch. Drugs are at a minimum, and the kids are generally well-behaved.
