Kearsarge Regional School District Reviews
They have a very diverse course selection with many electives in each subject. The students are very positive and there are many school wide activities that everyone participates in through out the year. For example winter carnival is a week where the whole school gets together and the four classes compete in friendly competitions to find a winner at the end of the week.
Kearsarge Regional has a great campus to start. Being on the Cross Country team I really got to capitalize on the surrounding trails and community members. I think this was really the most important part of my high school career as it allowed me to learn who I was as a person. I had good experiences within the school walls as well. There are some pretty great teachers that are very passionate about their fields, the student just needs to commit. That brings me to the only downside of kearsarge; the students. There are those that are willing to commit to something but there is a large number of students with negative mindsets that bring down the classes they are in. That was only worth one star because education is, in the end, powered by individuals.
I have learned a lot a Kearsarge Regional High School. Most of the teachers are very kind and helpful and do really care about the students. I haven't been happy with a lot of the decisions made by the administration recently. There is also a lack of school spirit and community involvement at the high school. Overall I've had a fairly good experience at Kearsarge.
