Joshua is a very great school district with exponential resources for success. There will always be a ton of different high schools in the world, but this one will never quite be as peculiar as the others. Even though there may not as much as diversity as other peers would like, we all still do love eachother to the end! Being an owl is more than a label;it’s a way of life! Moving here at first was hard because the way people care about school is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. My grades went from C’s, C’s and B’s, A’s and B’s, and finally to all A’s. Never in a million years I would have ever thought to have such amazing grades, but without the amazing teachers, resources, and facilities I would have never made it to where I am now!
attendant of Joshua school district, very advanced in teaching and teaching skills. the school is very nice. it allows a lot of opportunities for students. The only thing is they press for attending a four-year school and don't provide other information about other alternatives, seeing as now alumni from Joshua schools it seems as they do this to boost their overall performance instead of what is best for students individually. this was quite frustrating to me after not choosing to attend a four-year school and starting out at a two-year school and not being prepared. they are a good school although but not in football. the teacher I experienced were overall nice with a few exceptions like probably most students' experiences at school. I was involved in soccer and in the choir program and all are very excellent and I do miss the programs to this day. the school is excellent and would recommend it to other kids. been graduated about five years but I still hear very impressive things.
I would like to see a change in the teachers at JISD. I don't feel the energy or happiness from many teachers, not like when I was in elementary school. Granted, there are fantastic teachers, but not enough. The future generation's education is in the hands of our teachers and I don't feel any excitement or anticipation for that!
