First I would like to say I went to Jenks Public Schools my entire life. I was always a good student and did fine all the way through high school. If you just put the work in you will do well. In my opinion though, Jenks is a math focused school so just don't be surprised. Most teachers in the high school worked in the field they taught before which brought real life experience into the classroom. I would recommend over any school districts in Tulsa, especially after seeing my family go through different schools.

Ever since I moved to the Oklahoma, I attended Jenks up until now. Jenks feels like a home for me. I really love Jenks especially because of the teachers. They were literally the BEST. Jenks has many club and activities offered for their students. There are so so many choices to choose from. They also have many high class offered for their students. Jenks has many AP classes that prepares you for college and the food is getting better too. However, I do think there needs to be a change in the segregation between the students. The student body is made up of mainly white. Nowadays, many minorities have moved to the school. I feel like they are a part of the student body but not a part of the student body at the same time. And if you look closely at the classrooms, whites are with whites and minorities are with minorities. I think whoever puts the students in a class should probably think about equally setting the class out.
They have a large variety of different classes. They also encourage school participation. However, they have a lack of events for artistically gifted students. Academics is taken very seriously, however, the arts are not.
