The Hutto school district is a diverse and unique environment. I've been living in Hutto for 18 years now and I would have to say it is one of the fastest growing towns that I know. Back in 2010 the population was only 16,000. Now, the population is pushing 27,000... In just 1 decade! From the old town square to the new Co-op being built, Hutto is very welcoming and has some beautiful views. We are known for our extraordinary school spirit and our mascot. Henrietta the hippo. The sunsets in Hutto are for sure an amazing sight to see and I would highly recommend visiting.

Hutto ISD is very diverse and fun. I like the fact that you have a variety of activities to choose from outside of academics. The diversity of people and activities gives us all an opportunity to shine in the area of our choice. The students, teachers and staff, are very supportive of everyone no matter which activity they choose to participate in. I believe this support is what carries each student to excel and achieve at a higher level. It is important that everyone involved provide their support so that we are all confident in our choices. Hutto ISD is the embodiment of support and guidance no matter where you come from or what you choose to do and that is what I like the most.
Hutto Independent school district is a great school. I love it. The people here are super nice. One thing they could improve on is the technology department. The school district is getting bigger, so they need to update their technology. There's too many people on the Wi-Fi which makes it really slow. Overall though it is a fantastic school.
