Huntington Independent School District Reviews

1 review
Huntington High school is a very narrow minded school. No one thinks outside the box very often, and it is often stressed that the football team is the most important thing. When in reality, the football team is horrible. The band, drill team, and one act play are all so much more intriguing than watching the football team. However, they are less funded than the football team.
On another note, the teachers barely teach from what they know. They teach from notes, and what Texas makes them teach. It makes school tiring and repetitive.
There is no diversity in Huntington. Because there is no diversity, everyone seems to think the exact same way. If you do not think that way, or have a different opinion, you are wrong. People do not even think about if they are wrong, the other person is always wrong in their eyes.
In conclusion, I gave Huntington three stars because that is what it is worth. Huntington is basic and average, there is nothing special or unique about it.
