Hopkinton High School is similar to most New Hampshire schools; white, small, and sport heavy. For the past 12 years, this school has molded me into the person I am today. From the very first class, to my senior year of high school, Hopkinton has enhanced my competitive nature, fine tuned my sports skills, and allowed for my academic abilities to shine. While the facilities are not as up to date as other schools, the teachers and the academic competitiveness are what make it the number 2 public school in the state. Moreover, the student body is close knit and very welcoming despite the minimal diversity. The sports teams are some of the best in the state and continually make appearances in the state championships. Overall, Hopkinton High School is a great school with a great sense of community.

I enjoyed my time at Hopkinton Middle High School, however I do not feel I was pushed to my full potential. I also feel as though they don't offer enough classes for the different variety of students that attend. Although academically I did not feel pushed I do appreciate all the administration does for their students. They go out of their way to accommodate every student in every way they can.
I write this as a senior who moved to Hopkinton during 8th grade. I have had a wonderful educational experience in Hopkinton. The teachers are genuinely nice people who are willing to help you succeed, and I've heard that the academic success here is very high compared to other schools. There is a large number of students here who are focused on self improvement, and the selection of classes, clubs, and other opportunities is sufficient for all types of interests. I have grown very fond of our "rural" town, which to me seems normal sized. Certainly, this helps tremendously with school safety. Although our population is fairly small, we have a very high rate of involvement in sports, which makes our teams often very competitive on the state level. If there was a downside to Hopkinton, it is the lack of diversity, which obviously can change with time. Other than that, there is no good reason not to attend Hopkinton
