This is a very good school, I have attended school every year since Kindergarten! The teachers are very helpful and the Administration is usually very connected to the staff and students!

I am a current Senior in Holyoke High School and I am loving it. I have been living here almost my whole life and it has been wonderful. Every teacher in my school has are really helpful. My teachers' actually have the patience to reteach things or the entire class if need too. Also, the good thing about our school is that they an after-school program. The AOC is a program for the students who they want to stay after school and get help or to catch up on homework. At 8:05 there's a device outside of the school that locks all the doors from the outside. The only way to get in the school is pushing a buzzer. The whole school is clean and sanitized from top to bottom. The counselor, is so helpful with scholarships and find the easiest path for the major and college you want. Everyone in this school is so friendly, even though we are a small community.
The Holyoke School District lacks opportunities and has very little clubs within it. The academics at the school are mediocre. Though some teachers try their best to make students learn, the school seems to focus on having to students finishing the material rather than learning it.
