Highland Falls Central School District Reviews

3 reviews
We have two children who are graduates of the high school. It is a great school that is placing many of its graduates in top universities every year. It has the highest average SAT scores in Orange County. The curriculum is first rate with robust AP offerings. The school size is perfect because kids have a chance to participate in any activity they desire from sports to the arts. The music program is excellent and the choir teacher in particular is unbelievable.

I liked the effort made by teachers to make the experience in a school with limited resources as beneficial as possible. I hope in the future there are more opportunities to do research and/or other hands-on learning experiences.
As an alum; more college prep is necessary for middle of the road students. Emphasis is put on those that are already excelling.
