Herkimer Central School District Reviews
I think Herkimer is a great school for students. There are always teachers that will be happy to help you with your work even if it is not for their specific class. The staff and teachers are all very kind and are always ready to help. Herkimer takes a lot of pride in their school accomplishments. This school does the best for their students educations and for the safety everyday. If there was one thing I could change about Herkimer school it would be to open up new elective classes for students. Overall Herkimer has provided me with a great education.
My experience at herkimer high school has been very interesting. At herkimer high school you have a range of different teachers who all know how to teach to different individuals. They are very caring, and understating. The different amount of classes they have available are outstanding and the classes can Ben very interesting. They have classes like drivers ed, which I have taken and it was a great experience as a beginning driver, highly recommended. Also cooking classes that teach many different ways to cook and combine different foods to make an outstanding meal. Although I have only been in this highschool for 5 years, I'd Say that this school is a great school.
My school district has a very good set of schools. There is a elementary school from grades 1-6 and then a high school from grades 7-12. This makes it easier for students to transition into high school because insteand of going to a seperate middle school, 7th and 8th grader go to the high school building but have their own seperate wing. Also the school district has recently had some very nice innovations to the tachnology and the some of the classrooms. I feel that the changes made are very beneficial in making the school a more inviting place for students.
