Hearne Independent School District Reviews

1 review
My experience with Hearne ISD has been an interesting one to say the least. the schools ethnicity is primarily broken up into two groups. African american, and Hispanic. with only two other...lets say Caucasian students aside from myself in my class. Its easy to imagine I had somewhat of a culture shock when first attending Hearne high-school as a freshman. this however has never to me been a negative. on the contrary I find that I've been able to not only gain a better understanding of people but I've undergone the trouble, hardships, and even blatant discrimination necessary to survive in the "real world". I treasure the friends I have met in my time at Hearne high and truly believe that there is more character, passion and all around individuality in any one student attending Hearne high-school then found in any average classroom or any group of people for that matter. my goal in life is to return to Hearne high-school and make it ta place deserving of the people that reside there.
