There are great teachers and lots of great extracurriculars. The food is okay, but not super. The school itself is very safe and students are respectful.

Hawley public schools are very up to date on technology. They have excellent teachers who really care about their students. There is not much diversity being a small minnesota school. There is much support from the community.
What I love about the Hawley School District is the fact that it is small so my teachers and principal all know the students very well. Class sizes are small and kids are able to learn easily. Hawley provides great oppurtunities in and outside of the classroom.
