The teachers are all greatly appreciated by staff, students, and parents. They all meet high expectations. All students feel safe when they enter their classrooms due to the environment that each teacher creates in their classes. They keep them all under control. They all know every safety procedure to keep their students safe during different emergency situations. Proper drills for different emergencies are run. Wilbraham is a small town in MA. The school is ruled by a small group of White American. Diversity does not exists , the administration believes it does but the few minorities that walk the hallways of the school know different. Cliques have been formed so these groups get to participates in sports, not because of their ability but because of who they are.
While the staff at the high school is excellent, a lot of the students there are far from kind. There are a lot of entitled kids in this school who treat others less than they deserve. And being one of the few kids at this school who are not white is hard, I definitely have moments where I feel out of place. But again, the teachers and councilors at this school are extremely kind and treat all the students with respect. The academics are also pretty incredible.
