Hamilton School District Reviews
I love attending this school. The teachers are highly knowledgable, relatable, kind, supportive, and truly want you to succeed. I have always been able to accommodate with my teachers, stay after school with them, get fast responses, and always have assistance from counselors and administrators. The rules are tolerable, always followed, and advisements and classes are organized very well. I've never seemed to have a problem with my scheduling, always able to switch around and adjust to my future. My personal reason as to only four stars is the music department is under-appreciated. Sports (mainly football and basketball) are valued over the arts, which constantly go to state and attain higher scores, and other smaller sports.
Hamilton offers students many opportunities with their excellant staff an resources. Hamilton always has one officer on duty and the doors are either locked and/or monitored by someone nearby. They also excell in academics due to the large expectations they set for their students. The only down side to Hamilton is the administration being so out of touch with the students. Overall, Hamilton is an above average school and I highly recommend it for achademic purposes.
Treats students like middle schoolers, doesn't give any kind of rights or freedom. The teachers are mostly supportive, but the guidance office will force students to take classes they aren't interested in and don't need to graduate, as well as won't allow them to take classes they would like to.
