My experience has been great at Hamilton High School. It normally gets looked down on but it has a lot to offer. There are CTE programs that help students get more involved in the field they want to be in. The teachers really care for their students and I really like how there are a lot of clubs to participate in. Something I would like to see at Hamilton High School is more diversity or activities that invite everyone to embrace their roots. I personally don’t even know half of the people in my grade and that is pretty sad because I have been with them for like 4 years. Overall, Hamilton High School is a good school!

All the teachers I've had the pleasure of having are fantastic teachers! I couldn't have asked for better teachers. Hamilton gets a bad rap because it is a lower income city, but the staff really cares about the students education and their well being. Some of the students are rude and ill mannered, but thats not the schools fault. I have enjoyed all 12 years I've spent in Hamilton city schools and even though I complain about it sometimes I wouldn't go to any other school if I was given a redo.
I graduated from Hamilton City Schools in 2012, and was given several opportunities to pursue academic excellence. I took several AP classes such as AP english, AP government, and AP Spanish. I received college credit because of my work. I was also given the opportunity to pursue musical activities outside of my studies as well. The teachers are also ready and available, and only desire the best for their students!
