Yes, there has been good and terrible memories here, but this school has given opportunities, strength, and character. When I was little I had speech problems and my school gave me a special class just to help me speak better. My highschool year I joined the soccer team and made varsity the end of my freshman year. I never thought that was possible, but my coach saw potential in me. I gained discipline, because failing grades meant you couldn't be on the team. I was well behaved because participating in parties. drinking and drugs led to getting kicked off the team. Also, being part of the team made me feel involved. I gained a best friend I would never forget, memories that I can share in the future and the games made me feel like I was a star. Hallsville is a great school district. Its great on academics, It's a competitive school because its simply one of the best and it's a great community for parents and friends to get involved.
Hallsville High School is the most awarding and wonderful school you would ever go to. Not only to you get to go to school we have clubs and activities that fit everyone, from sports to fishing and even the JAM club. I have learned so much not only about school but how to be a better person. Everyone is welcomed at Hallsville High. If had to change one thing I would probably change the time for school and not make it as earlier or have longer passing periods. Overall Hallsville is know to be one of the top school in East Texas; just by walking the hallways you can see that. Everyone comes out to support any sport even the fishing team on the lake on Saturday mornings. I would recommend coming to Hallsville to get the best learning experience while being able to get the best friends ever made at school.
