I attend the University of North Georgia, and to be honest I had doubts. When I first applied, I planned to get the general requirements out of the way and then transfer to a “better” school with a “higher reputation.” However, my first year attending convinced me otherwise. The staff are knowledgeable professionals of their area of study and are constantly going above and beyond to not only help their students in class, but also outside of the classroom through internships, real-world learning experiences, as well as fueling one of the few institutions that not only allow, but promote, undergraduate research. An education at UNG has motivated me to change my original plan of earning a bachelors degree, to attending medical school. I am forever grateful for my time at University of North Georgia. It surprised me, motivated me, and taught me some of the most valuable lessons I think I will ever learn in my lifetime.

My children have been going to Hall County Schools since 2005. My daughter recently graduated from West Hall High School and my son is a Sophmore there now. Flowery Branch Elementry was an amazing school. Teachers and staff were so loving and caring for both of my children. West Hall Middle School, besides all the drama with the kids friends and trying to figure out who they are was also a good school. My daughter even dog sets and went to the wedding if one of her teachers there. West Hall High School is a great school and has made a wonderful stepping ground for my daughter now that she’s in college. Both of my children have been a part of the sports programs since they were in first grade, football, basketball, softball, cheerleading and wrestling. All amazing experiences! I cannot complain.
Hall county schools is a very safe place. Being some one who was very involved in her school I can say that they always put safety first, and took it very serious! Through out all the sporting events and trips I went on I never felt unsafe.
