Hacienda la Puente Unified School District Reviews
The first thing coming to mind is probably the free lunch for the students being not one of the higher income districts in the area, but it is way more than that. The ENVIRONMENT within the schools in the district are unified even though being from different cities technicality, but being brought together as ONE. The teachers within in the district are something very special and one of a kind, where they are mainly alumni's from my current high school, bringing a deeper interaction with the students. Something unique about our district is how involved they truly are when it comes to sporting events and the arts in all the schools. The unique part about are district is the board and how involved they are when it comes to y any sporting events or the arts.
I love our administration, our bird members, how I am taught to solve, think and Challenge myself. All my teachers a positive and love their job. My principal is very active and involved with the students. My Ap and honors classes were challenging but so engaging. This school district take the safety of all the students very seriously and always puts our needs first. I feel as though I belong in my school and that I am protected at all times. Our school culture is very sported and everyone is free to be themselves without fear of bullying. We have great sports teams and very motivated coaches.
I have attended schools within the Hacienda la Puente District my whole life. One essential factor that this district never failed to provide me were compassionate, patient, and overall amazing teachers. All teachers that I had encountered would go out of their way to spend extra time with me if I did not grasp a certain topic. The effort and sincerity of a teacher is imperative to the quality of education a student receives, and is something that I was fortunate enough to receive.
