Groveport Madison Local School District Reviews
Many educational opportunities! And well experienced educators. As soon as freshmen year I had the chance to help as a Educorp a student helper. This made me realize I wanted to pursue education along with law enforcement.
I am a very gifted student, so my experience was probably different than others' experiences. All of my classes were great and the teachers were excellent. I learned so much throughout my years and I feel very prepared for college. However, there were many "troublemakers" in the school. There were fights most days, but the school is so large that you would rarely ever see one. Our athletic and arts programs are fantastic and there are so many different ways to get involved with the school.
I am an honors student at Groveport Madison High School. I enjoy the learning experience when in the classroom with my teachers. The change to the new high school was beneficial for increased classroom size and better educational conditions. It is much easier to learn when the ceilings are not falling in on you when it rains to hard. Overall school spirit seemed to drop with the switch to the new school. The branch approach to the halls is annoying because it creates lots of traffic jams. Their is more room in the new building compared to the old building. But there is not even enough lockers for all the students that go their full time. While the honors classes I attend have very interactive teachers that control their students well; my friends that attend normal classes do not have the same point of view.
