Groesbeck Independent School District Reviews
I grew up going to this school and it is definitely what you would think a public school in Texas is. The food wasn't very good, people paid attention to the sports rather than class, and there were very few students who tried their best. Most of the faculty and staff tried their best to do their job the best that they could, however, they severely lacked the ability to keep the students attentions.
Most staff and counselors are helpful, lots of opprotunities for driven students. Dual credit is a major plus and is available to students that are eligible. Laptops are available to all students and makes coursework easier.
The Groesbeck Independent School District offers a variety of subjects and has an amazing staff that is willing to help every student. I am proud to say that I attend GHS as well the other schools in the area. The only problem I believe is with the discipline system. Some students often get punished unfairly and teachers are not aware of the amount of work forced on us by other teachers. This is often a problem in other schools as well, and we are not the only ones to suffer. This scholarship is money that I desperately need to be the first person in my entire family to attend college.
