Greenfield-Central Community Schools give students amazing opportunities and have a very high graduation rate. There are tons of advanced classes students can take, including AP, ACP, PLTW, and duel-credit classes at the high school level. There are tons of clubs and activities at every level. There is a ton of club sports to participate in, and a bunch of after-school daycares that hold activities. GCHS has well-funded sports teams, and they do their best. GCHS has a two-time state champion marching band, and tons of other music organizations you can participate in. PLTW provides a engineering pathway and doctor pathway for student to take duel-credit courses. Very good schools!!!
It has been a pleasure to be able to attend Greenfield Central High School. I have a great connection with all of my teachers, even the ones that changed, throughout my entire high school career. As long as you are a hard working student your teachers will work hard with you to give you the best possible outcome for you. The teachers in the band program have made me who I am to this day. I have been a part of the Marching Band for Greenfield Central since my 8th grade year, which they don’t include a lot of 8th graders in their program. Because of that, this program has watched me grow up and seen how I have been able to mature. I have made a lot of friends throughout my four years or high school and my five years in the Marching Band program. That is why I would rate Greenfield Central High School as a 5-star school.
What I liked about Greenfield Central was their diversity is classes available to each student. I liked the ability to take many different science and art classes. What I would like to see change is the ability for oneself to express themselves. While I understand dress codes are a thing, many don’t feel as though they can freely express themselves with the dress code in place.
