Great Meadows Regional School District Reviews

1 review
This school district is great...the Middle School is horrific. My daughter was bullied incessantly and it was not handled appropriately and now she is traumatized and we need to move. The principal is charismatic and a professional at blowing smoke up your butt to make it seem like he is doing a lot to help when all he is doing is trying to silence the issue to cover up the poor discipline in the school. If it weren't for him, I never would have known that the schools try to keep the number of HIB (bullying reports) to a minimum in order to make the school appear safer than what it is. He lumped months of incidents into one report so it did not seem as bad. The number of reports also determines the student's punishment so the students are not adequately disciplined in order to stop the action.
The elementary schools are wonderful. I have loved every single educator my children have had and developed a strong bond with them. The middle school is terrible.
