GSUSD had decent sports teams, and everyone knows each other since it's a small campus which is nice, however the school lacks good teachers and students willing to learn.
My experience in Gonzales High has been amazing, surrounded by family, friends and lovely teachers that fill us with support and encouragement to keep going and not fall. One thing I would like to change is the teachers academics, our students do not always pay attention and so on but academically we do have some very intelligent and smart students.
I would like to see better opportunities for the students at GHS. More clubs, activities, etc. because without all the electives students will soon lose interest in being at school. Motivation will also be lost without something to help the brain cool off, like an elective.
