Godfrey-Lee Public Schools Reviews
I am a fairly new employee to the school district. I have been working with the after school/summer program since December 2016. I think the students are wonderful to work with and their personalities are just blooming! However, the staff is not always so pleasant. There will be nasty supervisors at every job but some of the teachers there are bad news. Multiple times I have noticed the teacher on their laptop and the students are not taught anything during the whole class period. I for sure think it needs a little remodeling in the inside as well. I have not looked in on many of the other staff but there are some amazing teachers there as well! I cannot get the students to stop boasting about them!
Staff and teachers are very friendly. They understand us students and try everything within their power to see us succeed and finish our classes with the grades they would like to see. Staff are always there if you ever need one, at times they're like your mother wanting the best for you and other times they can be like your best friend being there for you when you need it.
It's a safe and respectful environment. Safe neighborhood, everyone is respectful and nice to each other. Healthy food and good people
