Well first off, the school is an old college campus, which means we have multiple buildings it’s one of my favorite things about Germantown, it really prepares us for the college environment but I didn’t like that we rarely had school events regarding students, we didn’t have dances or a lot have homecoming activities. Also the school isn’t as clean as it should be.

Houston high school is a wonderful school. Filled with so many sports and clubs. Has a great program for special needs students. Horizon is a club that gives opportunities for special needs students to participate in school events with other students. A great football that whole community comes to see. Houston is full great opportunities for students.
Going to Houston High in Germantown, TN was an excellent experience. I was in the Honors Society and the classes I took challenged me. It was a great school because there was such a variety of classes to choose from. I took several AP courses. When I went to college I already had several credits from high school. The academics at Houston were great but so were the sports. We had a great baseball team, football team, basketball team and soccer team. I enjoyed the social aspect of going to all these games. There was always something to get involved in. The clubs were abundant. Many of the clubs involved volunteering in the community as a requirement of belonging to the club. This allowed us to help the community we were a part of. The administration and the teachers were the best. I always felt I could talk to them if I had a concern. I also felt like they really listened to what you had to say. I wouldn't give up my high school experience for anything.
