I loved my experience at GHS! I think the atmosphere here is very underrated because a lot of people take for granted the beautiful, blessed community we live in that provides its students with quality education in an environment in which I personally have felt very safe and happy. I have made my best friends here and will definitely continue to visit while I am in college!
Review Geneva Community Unit School District No. 304
The Geneva community has some great schools. From kindergarten all the way to high school, I was surrounded by caring teachers, supportive peers, and exciting academic endeavors. I always felt safe with in walls of these schools, knowing I was with the best people around. The teachers were always pushing students to challenge themselves, whether that be go more in depth in an essay, making more connections during the readings, or trying one more math problem. Geneva has terrific schools for giving children a place to push their minds, feel supported, and most of all have fun along the way.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Geneva Community High School. I thought that the teaching staff there was excellent and the learning experience throughout my high school career was challenging yet rewarding. The high school also provides a plethora of athletics and extracurricular activities. No matter what a student's interests may be there is a great chance that there is something for them at the school. The high school also provides many opportunities for students to learn outside of the traditional classroom environment. Students have many AP classes to choose from, independent learning options and internships to choose from. The school even provides vocational learning opportunities at nearby community colleges.
