I am really enjoying my experience as a student at Geneva Community High School! I feel that this school does an excellent job of preparing its students for higher education. It also has a variety of different courses and electives that allow students to find and expand their interests. The teachers and staff at this high school prioritize the academic success and personal well-being of students. My only critiques are that the athletics department is more valued than the music and arts department, and the school is not located in a very racially or economically diverse area. Overall, Geneva Community High School is an outstanding school that provides great opportunities for its students!

I think Geneva High School was a fantastic institution to receive an education from. The environment feels safe, and most of the teachers make it their mission to help the students learn. The courses are rigorous at times, but can be excellent for college prep. I think the implementation of technology needs to be of the utmost importance in the coming years though, because of the ever developing world of tech. One issue I have with the school is its diversity. 90% of the school is white, and that just makes it feel odd. I wanted to be able to interact with people of different backgrounds and cultures, but at Geneva that is near impossible. Though all in all, the school is a fantastic learning environment. So many extra-curricular activities are offered, which made for a fun high school experience.
There is always a teacher nearby that is willing to listen. With relatively small class sizes, teachers remember names and discussions for years to come. Its very easy to have a group of friends, especially if you are involved in a few of the clubs. The sporting events are competitive, fun, and welcoming to all attendees. Getting involved in some of the volunteer or community-based clubs was a great experience to meet new people and to take part in some of the activities in the neighborhood
