Gardner Edgerton Unified School District Reviews
They have a REALLY good (relatively new) culinary and building trades program. The performing arts and arts programs are also very good programs to be involved in. The majority of the teachers are incredible at what they do and with the students, they are very helpful and understanding.
Gardner Edgerton High School, is unlike any other High School I know. It is the type of school where you question yourself of whether or not you'll fit in but honestly, there is no worries about knowing everybody. Gardner Edgerton is a school where we don't discriminate, but we are well-known and very friendly to one another. We are the kind of school that does not tolerate violence or drugs of any sort. We are a very well taken care of school that focuses on our studies to help us better for the future. Everyone of our administrators care for every single one of us and we come together as one whole team. We are the Blazers!
The Gardner Edgerton Unified School District had a great academic program, but they handled their teachers poorly. The teachers were underpaid and overextended, along with the school district at times being unable to pay their teachers. They also did not seem to background check the teachers and so we were being taught by unprofessional and inexperienced adults who often crossed a line between themselves and their relations with their students. Overall, the district had a money problem when trying to distribute it to the schools, but the students did not suffer their bad money managing.
