I have been going to Gahanna schools my entire life, and I wouldn't change my experience for anything. I started at Jefferson elementary school. The school was super inviting. The teachers make sure the made time to make bonds with the kids. The school has changed quite a bit, now that I am a senior in high school, the elementary school still gives off a welcoming mood. After elementary school, I went to Middle School East which one out of the 3 middle schools we have. Middle school was a different change for everyone. Middle school started to shape as kids and our responsibilities, for the upcoming years. We finally made it in the big high school with everyone. My high school years have thought me so much, and have had the best 4 years of my life in Gahanna at the high school. I was asked a couple of weeks ago by people who were thinking about moving to Gahanna, and I told them all the scoop on what it's like to have children in the community. I think I got them hooked!

I am currently a senior at Gahanna Lincoln high school, almost two years ago I moved to Gahanna and wasn't sure what to expect. Within my first two weeks I noticed how diverse Gahanna was and that is was okay to be different from others, whereas at my previous school there wasn't much diversity at all. I have grown to love Gahanna and the diversity. The staff at Gahanna are very helpful and direct students in the right direction. Although, the counselors at Gahanna are not as helpful as I believe they should be, especially within the college process for seniors. However, I still believe Gahanna has pushed be in the right direction whether it be academics or socially. I would highly recommend any of the Gahanna's schools to anyone looking at moving schools.
I enjoyed my experience through all levels of education at Gahanna Jefferson Public Schools! I loved the diversity of my fellow students, the opportunities available, and my teachers were excellent. Everyone can find their place!
