Rating 3.43 out of 5 7 reviews
My experience going to Fulton schools overall was fairly normal. However, there are a few things they could change. I believe the lack of qualified teachers caused me to lack in education where others thrived. I think that if the curriculum was changed and made more challenging it would benefit all students. I also think adding more options for higher level classes will benefit me and my peers. The school district is not bad, but it is obvious they value sports over arts and education, even though the teams are not good.
Fulton High has a unique set of teachers who really pump the students up in creative ways to get through their classes and exceed expectation. I didn’t realize how much I had until I went to college and had teachers that had bigger and less personalized classes. The only thing I wish I could change about Fulton High is how to achieve scholarships, and prep for college life. I understand a high school can only do so much and for what my opinion is worth, I would say they get their job done with flying colors.
Fulton School District has great resources for individuals with special needs. Furthermore, there is an attempt to diversify the student population with individuals from other countries. When compared to other school districts in the area, Fulton School District tends to stand out.
