The teachers are very good. Wished they were a bit more strict. The sport are quite good, same wit the coaches. Good resources for students. Everyone should be able to graduate here, only lazy individuals would not graduate here. They get a a lot of grant too so you can get free breakfast and after school snack. A few fights and the such but nothing really major. There is a school cop if that makes you feel better. The deans are alright, they will get you what you need to succeed.
When I started high school, I personally thought it is going to be very difficult or stressful with no reliable resources or other point of view. I thought it would be like the stereotypical Hollywood high school, where people bullies, dress and act in a cliche setting. However, this high school was great to grow intellectual and mostly to have important memories. I really appreciate my teachers especially from the Art and languages sections, they really changed my perspectives on different topics that we learn as a class.
I've been in the Fridley district for about 7 years now, and I've got to say, they've really impressed me. Sure their food isn't steak and cake, their halls aren't perfectly clean, they don't have a million dollars to fix everything, but Fridley does have a fantastic learning environment, wonderful teachers, and a wide variety of curriculum. Everyone is welcome, and they have quite a few clubs and sports to get involved. I've been to a few different schools, but I'm glad I can call my school another home.
