I really enjoyed how the school felt like a family. My high school was very small and everyone supported each other through sports and clubs. I was a volleyball and softball player. the soccer team, band members, football, and basketball players would all attend athletic events. On Friday nights a lot of students would attend the football games and sit in the student section. The high school has many options for clubs such as FFA, Science fairs, and even a board game club. A lot of the faculty are very school spirited and open to helping all students.
Franklin County school system is full of diverse and personal people. There is always a helping hand to reach down and pick you back up on your feet when you fall. I have personally had a wonderful experience with Franklin count schools and their teachers. I think my favorite part Franklin county schools is the connection we all have to each other. When a major event takes place, all of the people and schools unite together to empower the community, even the biggest of county rivals.
We all need change to everything, but we do the best we can. Our students and staff work hard daily to improve our county school district. Every year we have done even the better. We can get parents involved a little more I believe, however some just don't want to be involved and that is okay.
