Fort Edward Union Free School District Reviews
Here at Fort Edward School I enjoy having the one on one connection with your teachers, principle, and other faculty advisers. Since we are such a small school everyone knows of you and your family; therefore, having that connection gives everybody so many opportunities! These can vary from volunteering, house, baby, or dog sitting, and so much more. We are so community involved and that is what I love about Fort Edward. Something I would like to change is being able to open up more programs for the kids who can excel faster than others! Some kids now are catching onto things extremely quick and they are going to be our future leaders one day.
I have been attending Fort Edward UFSD since Pre-K. Having the opportunity to grow up with my classmates from the start has been extraordinary. These students have grown with me. They are like a second family. The school district itself has always been welcoming. I had instances where I had to move, and I begged my mother to stay in in "The Fort." Every person I talk to about this school usually hears good things. The teachers help answer every question I have and they are genuine people as well.
Dry good small school which has been the shing light of the community. Great location allows students to walk to school on safe streets where people care about each other. The school's size allows it to really help children who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. Staff members are truly concerned about well being which doesn't happen at larger neighboring schools. Great SAT scores and no police visits ( for problems), makes this the school of choice in the area.
