I graduated from Flushing two years ago and I really enjoyed my time there! I went to Flushing for my entire non collegiate education. I made some amazing friends and the teachers where caring and helpful! I was a part of the theatre, orchestra, and choir departments throughout my time there and those where the best decisions I ever made! Those where great experiences and taught me a lot about teamwork, dedication, hard work, and the importance of practicing. I also felt like the teachers wanted you to succeed and would help you be your best self! I recommend joining any extracurricular of your choosing while you are at Flushing Schools if you can because that is a great way to make friends and learn some great skill sets like leadership, dedication, and hard work. I hope you have a great experience at Flushing as well and that you will learn/ do great things!

I really liked the teachers, they are amazing! They all have different ways of teaching and it’s nice. The marching band and color guard is amazing too!
Flushing has been struggling lately because of overcrowding. Leading to not enough supplies for everyone, dirty bathrooms, and not a lot of electives. Flushing is a very safe community though due to security in place and their strict rules.
