Florence Township School District Reviews
I have gone to the Florence Township School District all my life and I think it is exceptional. It is a very small district, so any academic achievements are recognized and displayed. The teachers are very cordial with the students, try to get us, as students, to love coming into school everyday and learning new subjects. There is also good academic competition among your peers, but most importantly, I am able to interact with everyone in my grade.
I've gone to Florence's schools since I was in Kindergarten. I've seen it improve so much and am so happy I was involved in so many great organizations, clubs, and sports teams all representing Florence. I am currently involved in NHS, Student Government, Class Officer, Basketball/Field Hockey, AP Clubs, and The No Place for Hate Club which just came about this year. I personally hope to see this club grow after I leave Florence and go to college.
Florence has very good diversity with many different people coming from many different backgrounds. The teachers are friendly and everyone in the school is helpful wants to see their students succeed. One thing I would change about Florence Township Memorial High School is that I would like to see more challenging courses, such as more AP courses and such.
