Approach to bully prevention techniques/methods and tolerance levels needs to change. There should truly be a Zero tolerance level and an end to victimizing/scrutinizing the victim(s). You shouldn't be part of the problem because you choose to have social media accounts and speak up for yourself when being bullied. There should be an active bully prevention model/techniques in place. There is too much gray area. Students who are known to be bullies or have been involved in the act of intentional bullying on several occasions should not be able to, nor be allowed to, be actively a part of, lead or involved in groups that stand for bully prevention or stigma prevention (Ie. Stop the Stigma Rock).

There also needs to be much education on true multi-culturalsim and acceptance/value of all races/cultures.

I love the fairport school district! The people are amazing, love the school spirit, and the teachers are phenomenal and truly care about their students.
I have had a wonderful experience during my academic journey within the Fairport Central School District (FCSD), since 1st Grade till my Senior Year at Fairport High School. I have made some very close friendships through both classes and sports teams I have participated in. I have found the teachers to be approachable and genuinely interested in the their students Academic success. The only area that could improve is diversity. I am bi-racial and felt bit out of place since 85- 90% of the students with FCSD are Caucasian.
