Good luck trying to defend yourself to any of the teachers they’ll just consider it back talk and get you in trouble also if you don’t have an important last name than your not worth anything overall pretty bad socially and a severe lack of diversity which is to be expected because the school is in hickville
I sent my student to this school. This school was said to be horrible and filled with potty mouth students.
I love the atmosphere of the school and how the teachers know you on a name bases. I would like to see the kids have more school pride though.
It was such a small tight knit community that was nice to grow up in. From the academics to the clubs and sporting events there was always a fun educational experience to have here. The staff was always very welcoming and eager to help every student as much as possible.
The Fairlawn School District has a very friendly environment and helpful staff. Although this is true, Fairlawn does not have any advanced placement classes and has a little amount of college credit classes.
Fairlawn is a great school because of the small size. Everybody knows everybody so you get a lot of close interaction with people and the teachers. It is important to get on a personal level with your professors which definitely happens at Fairlawn. Fairlawn could work on expanding the spread of electives they offer, which I know is hard due to the small size but it would be very beneficial to the students.
All the teachers were hands-on and were always willing to help students. Because we are out in the country, there was nto much ethnic diversity. Sports are big at the school, and the music program is good.
Fairlawn Local School has a very good staff. They make school fun to be at with the Pep Rally's that are held by our student held organization. Fairlawn's men's basketball team is very successful this year as well as their volleyball, and track teams.
