I have attended Fairfield in middle school moved away and came back my 11th and 12th year. I love FHS. However I do wish there were more options when it comes to classes and sports. For example, my family is really involved in soccer and we have been trying to get soccer in our school since I have been in middle school. For some reason the FISD has yet to incorporate this sport into our school even though we have the community and faculity behind us. I believe that if we had that option there would be more opportunity for all students to find a place athletically. Also we have few electives to choose from and only one foreign language to choose. However, the staff, community and parents are some of the most supportive and loving people. I always feel supported and loved. The School Spirit is out of this world. Go Eagles!
I attended Kindergarten through 12th within the Fairfield ISD. During that time I’ve seen many changes, but I am proud to say I’m an Eagle. Fairfield cares about their students and puts an extra emphasis on education. They prepare you for college and care about their students. Offering Dual Credit classes also helps students to save money on college tuition. There are also many STEM classes offered to help students discover different interests they may have. Overall, Fairfield is a small town school that offers a great education system, good sports program and teachers who truly care about molding their students into good people.
It is a good school to go to where staff is friendly. I have enjoyed my 4 year academic and athlete career there. Being a Eagle will go with me a lifetime. Overall experience excellent school.
