Fairfield Community Schools Reviews
Great school district for acedmics. School lacks diversity and equality for students interested in sports. The teachers do an excellent job of preparing eager students for college. Fairfield offers lots of after school programs including torturing for students that need extra help. It is also very easy to contact either teachers or school board members with questions and concerns. My child enjoyed the art classes offered as well as golf and track. She excelled at her academics as well. I believe the school system as an entirety has really helped develop these young men and women for the further, no matter what it may hold for each individual student.
I really enjoyed the smaller atmosphere offered at Fairfield High School, giving students a more one-on-one experience with their teachers. There's plenty of opportunities to get involved in the community, such as Student Council, National Honors Society, Marching Band, Building Trades, and much more.
I liked how most of the teachers were engaging and really cared about their students success. I recommend students to particpate in the work based learning program as a senior if possible. Personally, my internship helped me decide what I wanted to major in in college.
