As a sophomore attending fairfield city school district in Fairfield Ohio there were many things that I like about my school district. Fairfield city school district is extremely diverse and is always welcoming to different cultures. This can be seen in the High school's various cultural clubs such as a Black student union (BSU), asian association (aaa), German Club, French club, Spanish club etc. This cultural aspects and diversity seen throughout Fairfield is inspiring and has inspired me to go out into my community and strive for better diversity rather that be in elementary schools or professional settings.
As Fairfield is great school district I would highly recommend that the school should adjust its college preparation programs. Our school district offers a limited amount of programs to help students become successful in their college experience.

School is meant to be a place to grow and learn and prepare yourself for your future, whether that be college or trade school or what. Fairfield does a good job at this, although there is room for improvement. There are a variety of courses for each type of skill, and there is a wonderful music and sports program. With their classes that help prep students for the future, they are efficient in their delivery of information but lacking in terms of relevancy in information for students futures. The staff are all well trained and kind, and overall school attitude is much better than it could be, although there is room for improvement here as well. Overall a very good district.
What makes a school grand and what makes it poor?
A very inspiring aspect to Fairfield is the diversity in the students and staff. From skin color, to beliefs and to personality there is a plethora of diversity in Fairfield. Everyone is equal and welcomed. The clubs and activities that Fairfield provides are amazing. Students have the ability to showcase their talents and liking to their peers as well as the world. Exceptional students of all kinds even have the ability to create their own clubs and invite their peers to participate in.
One thing I would like to see change in Fairfield's district is the impact the staff members have on the students. Many staff members go above and beyond at Fairfield to assure that their students will have a successful future path, but many do not. These adults in our lives have such an impact on us and mean so much more to us than we know. We look up to our educators as leaders and want to please them as they watch us grow and succeed in life.
