Eveleth-Gilbert School District Reviews
I liked Eveleth-Gilbert because it is a small school. My class only has around 55 people, so I was able to become close with everyone I will be graduating with. The school also offers a post-secondary enrollment option so I was able to take classes at Mesabi Range College and will be graduating with my AA degree.
Eveleth Gilbert is a small school but it has very good teachers and students. I enjoy going to Eveleth Gilbert and I always feel safe. It is a good environment to be learning in. There are opportunities to take college classes without having to go PSEO and that is very helpful. I’d like to see the sports facilities improve a little bit but education is more important than sports.
The district is struggling with low enrollment like many other districts on the Iron Range, but that doesn't stop it from sending out great kids. We are getting Gold and Silver All Academic as well as going to state in several sports, and this is with College Classes being taken at the school. I proudly wear my E-G Letter Jacket.
