I have been in this district since kindergarten and now I am a graduating senior. With low funding and being such a small school, resources were scarce. Going to Emery taught me how to network and create what I wanted for myself. I reached out to other sources to get where I wanted to. The social life was difficult, as it is for many high schoolers, but I found comfort with many of my teachers and staff. Overall, I found my experience at Emery to be conflicting. I gained a lot from having barely anything.

Something that I like about Emery is the diversity that the school has. There is people from all around the world and there is always new cultures to learn about. Another thing that I like about Emery are the student-teacher relationships. Here the students are able to make appointments with the teachers and the teachers encourage the students to try their best. Overall my experience at Emery has been very enlightening and beneficial to my future.
I’ve been in this school district all my years of school and it was good as I got older it started getting worse and worse such as the teaching and the staff.
