All of the teachers at Ellwood are amazing! They all are very helpful and make sure students are comfortable and understand all of the content they teach! They have many opportunities for athletics, clubs, and many options for extracurricular activities! I wish Ellwood did more pep rally's and more all school events, but with the pandemic I understand it can be hard.
As a student here from kindergarten to graduation, Ellwood definitely had it’s ups and downs. I like a lot of the teachers, and i dislike a lot of them. We have a pretty bad culture as everyone declares football as king, yet they haven’t won a game in 3 years. Minimal options for out of school clubs, field trips, etc.
The Ellwood City Area School District is a wonderful district with caring staff, excellent programs, and questionable leadership.
